“When I realized that I definitely was going to move out here to Springfield from California, I had no idea where to start my search for a place. Just looking at places online, I was lucky enough to see an ad for Orchard Park. When I called to get some info, Amanda answered the phone and was so friendly and knowledgeable! She spent a lot of time on the phone with me answering all my questions and going over the many different options that were available for me here at Orchard Park… Not to mention all the great amenities that Orchard Park has to offer! When I arrived here to finally see Orchard Park in person I was very pleased! It was even nicer than I had expected! I had been soo stressed about moving here all the way from the west coast, but thanks to Amanda I have an awesome place to live here at Orchard Park!! I’m so happy that I decided to move here and that they had a great apartment available for me. You can’t go wrong with Orchard Park!!”

TLC Properties offers housing to Joplin Residents

5/24/11- Springfield, MO – Springfield property management company TLC Properties has eliminated short-term lease fees for Joplin residents that have been displaced due the storm on May 22nd. “We have received calls from Joplin residents that are hurting and seeking housing, but they are nervously reluctant to sign a long-term lease,” said TLC Spokesman Jacob Harvey. The company typically charges fees up to $50 for short term leases. “We want to offer a stress-free solution of temporary housing for the citizens of Joplin. We have agreed to allow short-term leases for two months or longer without charging a monthly fee. Our goal is to diligently work with these families to provide a home for as long as they need it.”

TLC Properties is also encouraging employees and residents to make a donation to Convoy of Hope. Convoy of Hope has been a leader for the disaster relief in Joplin, and the organization has sent several teams to facilitate aid and resources to those victims. “We advocate for supporting and donating to the efforts of Convoy of Hope. We applaud their dedication and laud their teams for their expertise, compassion, and relentless humanitarian work.”
