Ordering Groceries
Always on the go? We will try to make it a little easier. Grocery shopping is the last thing most people want to do after a long day of class or work. Leave that to us. Send your TLC Property Associate a grocery list and we will order your groceries for you. TLC uses PriceCutter online shopping. You can choose to have your groceries delivered or you can pick them up at the designated PriceCutter location* Let your TLC associate know delivery or pick up and we will do the do the rest!
Dry Cleaning
Your clothes always have wrinkles? As a TLC resident you will enjoy a special 10% discount through 417 cleaners. You can fill out all the paper work in your TLC Leasing Office, and 417 cleaners will pick up your dry cleaning and deliver it back to you! Ask your TLC associate for more details.
Tools and Jumper Cables
TLC Properties is happy to allow our residents to utilize a community tool set and jumper cables for those do it yourself projects and times when the car won't start. Please contact your TLC Associate to check these out.
Dog Walking and Pet Sitting
We recognize pets are an integral part of apartment living. We will connect you with a professional dog walker and pet sitter. The Services include:
- Mid day potty breaks for owners who can't get home during the day.
- Weekend, away in which a pet needs to be fed, watered and walked.
- Other services include: gathering mail and watering plants
