SOCIAL MARKETING ASSISTANT NEEDED
 
The Social Marketing Assistant is an individual who provides production support on Social Media functions, and additional support duties to the Chief Operations Officer and Executive Team.
 
This position carries out specific social marketing duties, such as but not limited to, search engine optimization tasks by additions to the website, blog content, keywords, etc.  Assists in managing online community connections for various apartment communities, and interacts daily with users to promote the company's brand, using LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and other.  Coordinates marketing communication between third party marketing partners and the executive team as directed.

The body of your essay and/or video should answer the following questions:

a.  Describe what position you are applying for and why you believe you are qualified.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

LEASING AGENTS AND PROPERTY MANAGERS:  The responsibilities of the leasing agent and property manager is to rent apartments, keep the grounds looking great, assist vendors with tasks, and oversee the overall community tso that all is in order and working with the utmost efficiency; to keep the occupancy rate of the apartment community at or about 100%; to treat every prospective resident and every current resident as an honored guest.  To make sure that the community of running smoothly in all areas.

PROPERTY MANAGER:  In addition to above, the property manager's main responsibility is to increase and maintain the value of the community.  They are responsible for tracking the performance of the residential property and make sure that the community accomplishes the anticipated revuenue(s).  The property manager is responsible for rent collection, sales, and customer relations.
